Return and Refund Policy

At Dealfair, we strive to maintain a balanced and fair marketplace for our users, including Buyers and Sellers. To address concerns regarding items purchased through our platform, we have established the following Return and Refund Policy, which considers the needs of both parties involved in the transaction.

Refund Policy

If a Buyer wishes to request a return for an item received, they must do so within 24 hours from the confirmed delivery time as indicated by the carrier's timestamp. Buyers should use the 'Order Detail Page' under the 'My Purchases' tab to open a dispute. Concerns raised outside these channels may not be considered valid for return processing. Returns will not be permitted once a Buyer has rated the transaction or if more than 24 hours have elapsed since the confirmed delivery time.

1. Products Eligible for Return

Dealfair primarily facilitates the sale and auction of unique items; as such, products won through auctions are generally eligible for return or exchange but have to validate with the accurate reason to make refunds or return.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is received in a defective or damaged condition, buyers must open a dispute through the 'Order Detail Page' within 24 hours of receiving the item.

3. Return Process

If the seller accepts your return request, they will cover the shipping charges. Once the seller pays the shipping cost, you will be notified to download the return label and return the product. Upon successful delivery to the seller, your refund will be processed and added to the same account used for the purchase.

Note: The amount will be refunded if a dispute is opened and the seller does not act within three days. However, if the seller rejects the disagreement and the Buyer believes the rejection is unjustified, the Buyer can contact Dealfair from within the same dispute. If Dealfair finds the dispute relevant, the Buyer must follow the above mentioned return process. If Dealfair also rejects the dispute, the Buyer can rate the seller at their discretion.

Seller's Policy

Upon receiving a dispute from the Buyer, the seller has 3 days to accept and respond to the dispute, taking necessary actions as per the dispute. Sellers are responsible for covering shipping fees during the refund and return process. Buyers will not incur any additional payments for returns or refunds resulting from issues attributed to the seller's Return Issues.

Upon receiving an item back from the Buyer, the seller has a 24-hour window from the delivery date to notify Dealfair if it is in a different condition than it was initially shipped. Sellers can open a ticket to state about the return product report through the Support Ticket option, providing all requested information and photos to Dealfair within 24 hours. Dealfair will then assess the request and take appropriate action at its discretion.
