Payment Release

We ensure that your payment is held securely until the item is delivered and you confirm its adherence to the specified details. Payment, for the product, will be initiated upon the buyer's rating of the received item or 24 hours after its delivery, whichever comes first.

Return Requests

You have a window of 1 day from the confirmed delivery date to request a return in case your parcel isn’t exactly what you expect. However, this request must be initiated before you rate the seller. After this period, all sales are considered final.

Rating Process

To maintain transparency, please rate the seller promptly after receiving your item. However, if you encounter any issues, refrain from rating and contact us through the app within 24 hours after confirmed delivery to initiate a return or other solution to make your purchase worthy. Kindly note that if the buyer does not provide a rating, Dealfair will automatically assign a 5-star rating to the respective seller.
