At Dealfair, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy platform for our users. Our Prohibited Conduct Policy is designed to prevent misuse of our services, safeguard user experiences, and protect against behaviors that could compromise the integrity of the Dealfair community.

Users commit to adhering to the regulations outlined in our Help Center articles and within our Terms and Policies by utilizing our services. Prohibited Conduct includes but is not limited to the following:

• Unlawful Use: Using the service for unlawful purposes, violating local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Inappropriate Content: Sharing, uploading, or disseminating illegal, defamatory, libelous, inaccurate, or objectionable content.
• Security Features: Interfering with the service's security features or attempting to discover the source code without authorization.
• Service Disruption: Disrupting the operation of the service or interfering with other users' enjoyment, including the distribution of malicious code.
• Automated Means: Using robots, spambots, spiders, scrapers, or other unauthorized automated means to access the service.
• Fraudulent Activities: Engaging in fraudulent activities, including impersonation, false affiliations, or falsifying personal information.
• Access Selling: Selling or transferring access granted under the Terms or any right to view, access, or use any material.

Dealfair reserves the right to take various actions in response to accounts violating our policies or engaging in Prohibited Conduct:

• Contacting users for verification.
• Removing items or denying access until verification is complete.
• Preventing access to future services.
• Holding funds post-suspension or termination.

The list of Prohibited Conduct may be updated periodically to address emerging issues or maintain a secure environment.

• Encouraging payments outside of Dealfair.
• Conducting transactions off the Dealfair platform.
• Proposing trades, exchanges, or swaps.
• Coordinating with users to mutually reduce prices.
• Requiring direct transfers of products.
• International delivery/shipping.

• Operating multiple Dealfair accounts.
• Creating new accounts to evade restrictions.
• Impersonating businesses or other accounts.

• Listing Prohibited Items.
• Reposting the same item excessively.
• Listing items not genuinely for sale.
• Using stock or advertisement photos.
• Employing photos not owned or taken by the user.

• Directing users to external websites.
• Urging transactions on external websites.
• Soliciting users for personal information.
• Encouraging other users to list Prohibited Items.

• Threats, slander, trolling, or indecent behavior.
• Spamming or disseminating false information.
• Copyright infringement.
• Misuse of the invite credits system.
• Engaging in actions for dating purposes.

Users encountering or being solicited for such actions are encouraged to contact Dealfair promptly.
