Electronic Communication

This policy outlines how Dealfair delivers electronic communications to you. We reserve the right to amend this policy anytime by publishing an updated version on our website. The updated version will become effective upon posting.

When using our Services, you are consenting to receive all communications, agreements, documents, notices, and disclosures (collectively referred to as "Communications") electronically in connection with your Dealfair account ("Account") and your use of our Services, where legally permitted. These Communications encompass:

We will deliver these Communications to you by publishing them on the Dealfair website, adding them to your account notifications, and emailing them to the primary email address listed in your Dealfair profile.

Updating Your Contact Information

You must maintain an accurate primary email address for Dealfair to communicate with you electronically. If you fail to receive an electronic Communication due to an incorrect, outdated, or blocked primary email address, Dealfair will consider the Communication as provided to you. If your email service uses a spam filter that blocks or reroutes emails from senders, not in your address book, please add Dealfair to your address book to ensure receipt of Communications. You can update your email or street address by logging into Dealfair, going to "My Profile," and selecting "Settings." If your email becomes invalid, resulting in returned Communications, Dealfair may deem your Account inactive, preventing transactional activities until a valid email address is provided.

Hardware and Software Requirements

We will inform you promptly if there are any significant updates to the essential hardware or software. By providing consent, you affirm that you possess the required equipment and can receive, open, print, or download Communications for your records. Note that these Communications may not remain accessible online.

Consent Requirements

We will continue to send these copies via the U.S. Postal Service for communications, necessitating paper copies due to legal obligations. Separate consent is mandatory for receiving electronic tax statements.
To withdraw consent for receiving certain communications electronically, you can visit the settings option and mute the notification of the features you want.

Requesting Paper Copies of Electronic Communications

If you desire a paper copy of a previously sent Communication after consenting to receive Communications electronically, you can request one within 180 days of the original date. To obtain a copy, contact us as described above. The paper copy will be sent via U.S. mail, provided your current street address is in your Dealfair user profile. Please understand that Dealfair may apply a Records Request Fee for each paper copy.
